His warning to the room was against shoving technology in to see if it sticks. Understand what your customer's business actually struggles with, then bring the tool. Do that and you are selling outcomes, and you become far harder to displace by the next caller claiming to be an AI expert.
🔴 Chad's own use case is administrative weight. Rough notes into a drafted email or a formal quote, decks built for presentations. Two or three hours of work now takes about thirty minutes, with fifteen of that spent reviewing.
